Ellie is Getting Married…?

“Daddy, I’m going to marry Matthew.”

Ha ha, you can’t do that – he’s your brother…

“NO!  I mean when I grow UP I’m going to marry him.”

Well he’s still going to be your brother when you grow up!

“Oh.  Well I love him SO much!”  (holds arms wide)

That’s really sweet, but…

“Dad, is my hair longer than yesterday?”

Yes dear, it is. (thank goodness for the attention span of a 4 year old!)
